toward the end of Pine Island behind the Lazy Flamingo
Restaurant is a marina where fishermen bring in their catch
every day. There is a cleaning table at the end of the
dock area. Egrets and pelicans stand on the pilings or
float under the dock waiting for a handout. They obviously
thought I might have some fish for them because they let me get
within two feet of them to take pictures.
